First America Homes now preselling in Towne Park

First America Homes, the home building division of the Signorelli Company, has expanded its affordable new home program and is currently preselling in Towne Park, a new home community in Northeast Houston.
The new community offers a myriad of amenities for the whole family to enjoy, including a pond and community park. The location caters to both the city lover who is looking to be within proximity to the Houston entertainment center, as well as the suburban family who prefers quieter surroundings.

Priced from the low $180,000s, First America Homes is planning on building more than 50 homesites in the first section of this popular location, and will be offering seven floor plan designs ranging from 1,452 to 2,000-plus square feet. The new homes feature open-concept common areas and options for luxury master bathrooms, expansive covered patios and up to four bedrooms.
Towne Park is located off I-69 on Little York Road, within proximity to downtown. It is conveniently located near several shopping and employment opportunities, including Kingwood, Valley Ranch and Baytown.
Students attend schools in the Houston ISD.
