President of Sales, San Antonio.
Steven joined First America Homes just over one year
ago as an Area Sales Manager and has quickly made a meaningful impact on the
San Antonio division. His promotion reflects both his strong performance and
the company’s continued investment in leadership to support its growing
footprint in Central Texas.
With more than 15 years of experience in the
homebuilding industry, Steven has served in a variety of roles including
Builder, Sales Consultant, Sales Trainer and Project Manager with David Weekley
Homes across the San Antonio, Austin and Indianapolis markets. His well-rounded
background in sales leadership, construction management, warranty operations
and P&L financial oversight has shaped a leadership style centered on
accountability, collaboration and delivering exceptional results for both homeowners
and team members.
