First America Homes is currently searching for Construction Managers to join our growing, dynamic team. The Construction Manager with coordinate with our new homebuilding team to supervise the building process, inspections during the building schedule and communicate with ensuring the project gets completed on time and within budget. Additional responsibilities include managing trade partners and ensuring quality control and safety. No experience is necessary. The candidate must self-motivated, be able to problem solve, and have a desire to learn the business and excel.
The company is seeking for Community Sales Managers to assist customers in finding their dream home. The objective of this position is to be responsible for the sale and closure of new single family homes in designated communities as well as be able to coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience. The candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and customer-driven individual who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, strong work ethic, as well as results oriented. New home sales experience not required. General sales experience preferred.
