10 Year Structural and Foundation Warranty
While Texas mandates only a six-year foundation and structural warranty, we extend this coverage to an impressive 10 years — offering four additional years of protection for critical elements including the slab, frame and overall structure of your home.

Our Built to Last Commitment reflects our dedication to exceptional service: we work to review any concerns within 24 hours and strive to resolve issues within seven business days or less.
Weekend Emergency On-Call Support
For weekend emergencies, we offer a weekend on-call team to guide you or dispatch the appropriate vendor promptly. With continuous access to support, First America Homes ensures you’re never left without answers or assistance.
Quality Assurance
To ensure your home meets your expectations and ours, we perform multiple quality assurance inspections (midway point and prior to completion) to make sure any deficiencies are corrected. This is in addition to a third-party inspection company completing their three-phase inspection.
