Nationally Ranked Homebuilder First America Homes Launches Austin Division, Expands in San Antonio

Award-winning builder set to deliver 12 new communities across Central Texas region

THE WOODLANDS, TX (June 24, 2026) – First America Homes, the award-winning homebuilding division of Texas real estate developer The Signorelli Company, is accelerating its statewide expansion by launching its Austin division with a new regional office and homesites in three residential communities, marking the company’s market entry. The homebuilder’s expansion also includes nine communities across Central Texas and Greater San Antonio. In total, the expansion is expected to deliver 900 single-family homes to the region, strengthening its position as one of the fastest-growing homebuilders in the state.

First America Homes’ new division office, located in the Austin Arboretum area, will oversee construction and sales operations for current and future communities. Homesites have been secured in these communities in conjunction with the market entry:

· Blue Sky - Lockhart, Texas: A 928-acre master-planned community in the Texas Triangle between Austin and San Antonio, featuring a resort-style amenity center with a fish camp, plus future multi-family and retail sites. Nine communities introduced across the San Antonio area
