Award-winning builder set to deliver 12 new communities across Central Texas region

THE WOODLANDS, TX (June 24, 2026) – First America Homes, the award-winning homebuilding division of Texas real estate developer The Signorelli Company, is accelerating its statewide expansion by launching its Austin division with a new regional office and homesites in three residential communities, marking the company’s market entry. The homebuilder’s expansion also includes nine communities across Central Texas and Greater San Antonio.
