Marketing Assistant
The Woodlands, Texas
First America Homes is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the marketing efforts for the First America Homes communities and brand. This position will provide administrative support for lead generation and branding, onsite sales support, report generation, event coordination, as well as various other administrative duties. The primary responsibility of the Marketing Admin will be to support various marketing programs in the Greater Houston Area and work with the inhouse marketing and graphics department on compelling and branded campaigns, events and promotions. This is an hourly position which reports to the FAH Marketing Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the marketing team with the execution of various marketing efforts including sales center appearance, traditional and digital advertising, events and promotions
- Assist with planning, creation, and tracking of marketing content for FAH
- Schedule social media and blog posts to advertise news and events for FAH
- Assist with weekly reporting to track and analyze leads, traffic, and sales using HubSpot and PowerBI
- Assist with MLS posting for FAH
- Support marketing plans and programs using various templated designs
- Generate, organize, and distribute marketing collateral for onsite community sales consultants
- Coordinate organization of all FAH digital filing system
- Update and monitor company website
- Maintain inventories for all promotional items
- Create presentations for meetings and events
- Various administrative duties
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Experience and Skills
- This is an entry level position
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Marketing or Communications Experience a plus
- Bilingual Spanish Speaking a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suites a plus
- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills required
- Experience with posting social media content on multiple platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Multi-tasker who is eager to learn
- Positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment
