Kim Croley Joins The Signorelli Company As Senior Vice President of Marketing
New Hire Deepens Marketing Expertise of Expanding Real Estate Development Firm
The Signorelli Company, one of Texas’ largest privately held real estate development companies, announces it has expanded its team with experienced commercial real estate executive, Kim Croley. As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Croley will lead the development and execution of an innovative and integrated marketing and communications strategy to help drive The Signorelli Company’s business development goals and dynamic expansion opportunities. Croley brings nearly 25 years of commercial real estate marketing and communications experience to the new role.

Croley joins The Signorelli Company after an 18-year tenure with commercial real estate firm Transwestern, most recently serving as Chief Marketing Officer. A member of the Transwestern Board of Directors and Executive Committee, Croley’s leadership responsibilities included internal and external corporate communications, media relationships, advertising, and marketing services for the Transwestern companies, which spans institutional and opportunistic investment, development, hospitality, and brokerage and asset services.
The Signorelli Company builds and develops across all nine counties in the Greater Houston area and has expanded its new home construction business into the San Antonio and Austin markets. Most recently, the company launched Austin Point, a 4,700-acre regionally transformative, mixed-use development in Fort Bend County, the largest master planned development to be announced there in 40 years. Located at the future intersection of Grand Parkway and Fort Bend Parkway, Austin Point includes over 15 million square feet dedicated to office, medical, retail, hospitality and multi-family uses, along with 14,000 residences. Construction of Austin Point is underway, with the first homes available for purchase in early 2025.
The Signorelli Company has been delivering successful master planned and mixed-use communities for over a quarter of a century, including the award-winning Valley Ranch and Granger Pines communities in Montgomery County.
